We wrote, designed, and produced this report for the Oregon Employment Department, Child Care Division, working with economists from Oregon State University to capture their statistical analysis in easily understood text, charts, and graphs. We used a combination of stock photos of adults and our own photos of children in day care settings—there was a lot of crawling around on the floor involved there.
